O Vajra-Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Tinto 2024 é uma expressão elegante e acessível da Nebbiolo das colinas de Langhe, em Piemonte, vinificado pelo reconhecido produtor G.D. Vajra. Produzido com uvas de vinhas jovens (entre 5 e 25 anos), cultivadas em solos calcários de Tortoniano e Serravalliano nas comunas de Barolo, Novello e Sinio, o vinho estagia por cerca de seis meses em tanques de aço inoxidável (com mínimo uso de madeira neutra) para preservar a sua frescura e expressão frutada. No copo, mostra cor rubi translúcida, aromas delicados de pétalas de rosa, violetas e frutas vermelhas frescas (cereja, framboesa, morango silvestre), com toques herbáceos e especiados. Em boca, apresenta corpo médio, acidez vibrante, taninos sedosos e final mineral e persistente – ideal para acompanhar pratos de aves assadas, risotos, carnes grelhadas ou queijos maturados. Uma escolha excelente para quem busca autenticidade piemontesa, subtileza e ótimo custo-benefício.
