Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed at Winevins can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs vary depending on the selected service, as well as the origin of the chosen destination. express deliveries

The forecast for delivery of the order is 2 to 3 working days in mainland Portugal, 3 to 5 working days in the islands, about 5 to 7 working days in Europe and between 7 to 10 working days in the rest of the world, from date of receipt of the order by Garrafeira WineVins.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also contact you if we need more information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery will take 2-6 business days after shipment. We will keep the customer updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by logging into your account, or if you opted for guest checkout, you can track the status of your order here.

Did you change your mind?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email orders@azdrinks.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to satisfy your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified.
If you have received your order and wish to return it, please send an email to orders@winevins.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or exchange as requested.

We will send you an email confirming your canceled order.

If your order has already been prepared, we cannot cancel your order - but we do offer a Free Returns service.

Payments

Orders can be paid by Multibanco (ATM), credit card, Mbway, and Paypal.
In cases of bank transfer, always mention your order number on the receipt. The WineVins Online Store does not assume responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of this information. Proof of payment must be sent with the order number to the email: orders@azdrinks.com. Orders will be processed immediately after payment.

Returns and Refunds

Winevins.com/FRENETIKTENDENCY, LDA, recognizes to all its customers the right to cancel their orders, allowing them to return, within 14 (fourteen) days, the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

To request an exchange or return, the customer is asked to contact WineVins via email at orders@azdrinks.com, indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order.

Every effort will be made to secure a prompt refund. Returns to winevins.com are processed within 14 days of receipt (i) of notification of order cancellation by the Customer or (ii) of the returned product. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds can only be issued in the same form in which they were used for payment.

There are no return costs, they are free.

In order to exchange an item, return the original item using the return instructions provided in the shipping confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know.
