O Patina Chenin Blanc 2021, proveniente de uma única vinha na Goldmine Farm, na região de Swartland (África do Sul), reflete um terroir cálido com solos de xisto e granito dolomítico. No nariz, revela uma complexa harmonia de aromas cítricos e de frutos de caroço — maçã Granny Smith, maçã amarela, nectarina, papaia e maracujá — entrelaçados com delicadas notas de angélica, flor de acácia e pimenta-da‑Jamaica. No paladar, é de corpo leve a médio, com textura suave e carnuda, excelente acidez integrada e final limpo, com toques de lima, erva-limão, flor de laranjeira, gengibre e açafrão.
