Nat Cool is an innovative concept naturally “cool and funky” created by Niepoort that started in Verdes, passed through Bairrada and Douro, and is now present in various national and international regions. More than producing wines with little intervention, Nat Cool is a movement uniting several producers with the goal of creating uncomplicated, light, and easy-to-drink wines. In 2020, the Nat Cool “family” grows and explores Dão. And so, on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, DrinkMe NatCool is born, where we explore the region's potential for elegant, fresh, and uncomplicated wines.
