O Sothis Chapoutier Gin é um gim cujos botânicos vieram dos terroirs do corredor do Ródano. É inicialmente picante no nariz, mas depois evolui para um aroma assentes em notas florais e exóticas como a camomila e a manga. O palato vai de cítricos até pimentas que fazem lembrar tomilhos-limão, a verbena e o zimbro. A sua amargura confere-lhe profundidade, mas depois esvai-se com algumas notas herbáceas.
