La Quinta dos Aciprestes contourne le fleuve Douro avec ses pentes douces, dans une zone entièrement replantée avec les variétés les plus nobles de la Région Démarcée du Douro. Situés entre les sous-régions du Cima-Corgo et de l'Alto Douro, ses vignes bénéficient d'un microclimat, qui offre des conditions idéales pour le mûrissement des raisins. Vinification du Vin Quinta dos Aciprestes Grande Reserva Tinto : La fermentation et la macération se déroulent dans des cuves en inox avec contrôle de la température. 50 % du vin vieillit en fûts neufs de chêne français pendant une période de 18 mois, dans les meilleures conditions pour le vieillissement.
