C'est le résultat d'une stricte sélection des meilleurs lots produits par notre Quinta au cours d'une année donnée. Vinification du vin Quinta do Noval Touriga Nacional Tinto : Ce vin est fermenté en cuves en inox pendant 8 jours, où ensuite se déroule la fermentation malolactique. Élevage : Le vin est élevé en fûts de chêne français de 225 litres pendant 12 mois, 20 % en fûts neufs, 60 % en fûts de deuxième année et 20 % en fûts de troisième année.

Ce vin présente une couleur très sombre.
Légèrement épicé avec des notes de chocolat. De très bons arômes de bois soutenus par une structure tannique.
C'est très expressif avec des arômes fermés de baies sauvages et de violettes.
