O Poeira Ímpar Tinto de 2015 é um tinto elegante, que deve ser servido entre 2020 e 2025. O aroma "começa fechado a pedir decantação. Fruto azul latente, floral ao fundo, perfil austero com muita finura na definição do fruto". A prova de boca é "bastante fresca, tom seco e musculado, barrica quase imperceptível, saboroso e explosivo com final em grande, muito impositivo". É ideal para acompanhar carnes vermelhas, carnes brancas, italianos, assados e caça.
