Vin produit à partir de raisins d'un petit vignoble situé dans la paroisse de Seixal, sur la côte nord de Madère, à peu de distance de la mer, frappé par les embruns pendant une grande partie de l'année. Les raisins ont été écrasés et pressés, avec rafle, dans un pressoir pneumatique. Après 11 jours de fermentation, sans contrôle de température, nous avons ajouté l'alcool vinique, à un stade où il restait encore un peu de sucre résiduel. Le vin a été transféré dans un vieux fût en chêne français d'une capacité de 620 litres et a vieilli dans notre entrepôt D, dont les températures sont plus élevées, dans le but d'obtenir une plus grande concentration dans le vin tout au long de l'année. En septembre 2023, 1022 unités ont été mises en bouteille, toutes numérotées individuellement.

Palais rond, acidité citrique et fraîche. Saveur d'amande amère dans une finale sèche, fine et persistante.
Douceur au nez avec des notes de raisins secs, d'amande, une suggestion de lavande, une légère âcreté et de feuille de tabac.
