Vinification du Vinho Verde Alvarinho Soalheiro First Vineyards : Les raisins, exclusivement issus du cépage Alvarinho, sont récoltés manuellement dans des caisses de petite capacité et transportés à la cave dans un court laps de temps. Après pressurage, le moût obtenu est débourbé pendant 48 heures, suivi d'une fermentation à température contrôlée. La fermentation se déroule essentiellement en acier inoxydable (environ 15% du volume total fermente en fûts de chêne usagés), avec des lies fines maintenues jusqu'au début du mois de mai, mois de la mise en bouteille.
