It is this love story that serves, daily, as inspiration to all those who work to produce this Touriga Nacional single variety from Casa de Santar.Vinification of Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Touriga Nacional Red 2013: Crushing with total stemming, skin maceration prolonged and smooth, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Aging: 18 months in French Oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Fruity, soft, well structured and with notable final persistence
