Vinification du Venha o Diabo e Escolha Grande Reserva Tinto : Les raisins provenant de la vendange de nos associés sont déchargés et immédiatement éraflés et écrasés. La fermentation a lieu dans des cuves en inox avec une température contrôlée (26-28ºC). Pendant cette période, une macération ou cuvaison est effectuée pendant 15 jours. Élevage : Le vin est élevé en fûts neufs de chêne français pendant 12 mois. Après mise en bouteille, il vieillit en cave pendant un minimum de 12 mois.
