Profil frais et riche, avec des notes de complexité provenant de son âge. Le lot intègre des vins d'une moyenne de 20 ans. Vinification du Porto Borges Soalheira 20 Anos Tawny : après réception des raisins, qui doivent arriver à la cave en parfait état, leur foulage et désengagement sont effectués. Ils fermentent 3 à 4 jours avec les peaux, régulièrement immergées par des remontages, pour une meilleure extraction de couleur et d'arômes. Suit la séparation des peaux du moût et de l'eau-de-vie de vin à 77 % v/v est ajoutée, afin que le vin présente 20 % et 90 à 120 g/l de sucres réducteurs du raisin lui-même. Le vieillissement se déroule en balseiros et en fûts de bois.
