Vinification du Porto Borges Soalheira 10 Ans Blanc : après réception des raisins, qui doivent arriver à la cave en parfait état, leur foulage et désengagement sont effectués. Le moût provenant des raisins pressés est refroidi à 8-12 °C et décanté. Après décantation, la fermentation commence avec contrôle de la température (12-14 °C). Après la fermentation, on procède à l'aguardentation en ajoutant de l'eau-de-vie à 77% v/v. Le vieillissement se déroule en fûts de petite capacité et en fûts de bois (barriques et demi-barriques).
