Profil frais et riche, avec des notes de complexité provenant de son âge. Le lot intègre des vins d'une moyenne de 10 ans d'âge. Vinification du Porto Borges Soalheira 10 Anos Tawny : Après la réception des raisins, qui doivent arriver à la cave en parfait état, leur écrasement et désengagement sont effectués. Ils fermentent 3 à 4 jours avec les peaux, régulièrement immergées par des remontages, pour une meilleure extraction de couleur et d'arômes. Suit la séparation des peaux du moût et de l'eau-de-vie de vin à 77 % v/v est ajoutée à celui-ci, afin que le vin présente 19,5 % d'alcool et 90 à 120 g/l de sucres réducteurs du raisin lui-même. Le vieillissement se déroule dans des fûts de petite capacité et des tonneaux en bois (fûts et demi-fûts).
