Profil fruité et intense. Vin produit d'une seule récolte, mettant en avant son excellente qualité. Vinification du Porto Borges LBV 2019 : il s'agit d'un vin de qualité très noble. Les raisins ont été transportés dans des caisses de 20 kg pour arriver en parfait état. Après réception des raisins, leur foulage est effectué avec un désengagement partiel. Ils fermentent 3 à 4 jours dans des lagars avec un piétinement à pied pour une meilleure extraction de couleur et d'arômes. Au moment opportun, la séparation des peaux du moût est réalisée et de l'eau-de-vie à 77 % vol est ajoutée pour terminer la fermentation. Ensuite, le vin vieillit entre 4 et 6 ans avant la mise en bouteille pour compléter son évolution en bouteille.

Arome intense et concentré, avec une énorme complexité dominée par les arômes de fruits noirs mûrs, comme la prune et les mûres.
