A timeless classic, a blend that expresses the freshness and lightness of a reborn Alentejo. From our vineyards in Vidigueira, on clay-limestone soils, grow the grapes we use in this blend composed of Syrah, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira, and Alicante Bouschet. Our harvest is manual and takes place during the night, in the coolest hours of the early morning. All grapes go through a sorting table, ensuring that only the best bunches reach fermentation, which occurs spontaneously, following a philosophy of minimal intervention. The wine aged partially in French oak barrels for 12 months and also in stainless steel for 12 months, stabilization before bottling.
