Vinificazione del Vinho Vale Dona Maria Vinhas do Sabor Branco 2021: Uve diraspate, leggermente pigiate in pressa pneumatica, con il mosto risultante decantato in vasche di acciaio inox per 24 ore a 10ºC. Il vino viene passato in botti di rovere francese di un anno (225 L), dove fermenta a temperatura controllata tra 10ºC e 14ºC. Invecchiamento: per 9 mesi in botti di rovere francese di un anno Il Rabigato è una delle uve più nobili varietà del Douro, e si distingue soprattutto nel Douro Superior per la sua capacità di mantenere la freschezza. Il carattere floreale del Viosinho e il grande equilibrio creano una miscela armoniosa con Arinto, più aromatico e corposo.
Con un profilo legnoso, molto ben integrato, questo vino seduce con la sua bocca.
