Il Gin Sharish Original è distillato in un alambicco tradizionale portoghese in rame, contiene, nel suo processo di produzione, 9 botanici accuratamente selezionati: ginepro, cannella, semi di coriandolo, chiodi di garofano, vaniglia, scorza d'arancia, scorza di limone, mela Bravo de Esmolfe DOP e Lúcia-Lima – di cui gli ultimi quattro sono utilizzati freschi. A causa delle diverse caratteristiche e punti di evaporazione dei botanici, questi vengono lentamente distillati separatamente, permettendo una maggiore qualità nel risultato finale. Il Sharish Gin è una bevanda morbida e dal profumo unico, dove predominano i sapori agrumati – provenienti dalla scorza d'arancia –, la dolcezza delicata della mela Bravo de Esmolfe e della vaniglia, così come il riconoscibile ginepro. Le note più sottili di questo gin provengono dai chiodi di garofano e dai semi di coriandolo, mentre, alla fine della degustazione, si percepisce il leggero pizzicore della Lúcia-Lima.
