Vinificazione e Invecchiamento Le uve vengono raccolte a mano e trasportate in cantina in casse da 20 kg. Dopo un'attenta selezione manuale, i grappoli vengono diraspati e le uve vengono leggermente schiacciate prima di essere indirizzate nella vasca di fermentazione. Segue la fermentazione alcolica del mosto in vasche di acciaio inox a 24-26ºC. Il vino invecchia in botti usate di rovere francese per un periodo di 12 mesi.

Un vino molto originale di un bellissimo colore granata
Intenso e ampio di sapori, con tannini presenti ma molto freschi e vibranti, mostrando comunque eleganza, raffinatezza e lunghezza nel finale di assaggio.
Profilo di naso molto fine con aromi intensi di frutti di bosco, mora matura e lievi impressioni vegetali che generano molta complessità e finezza.
