Vinificazione del Vino Quinta da Terrugem Tinto: la fermentazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio inox e in vasche con temperatura controllata e dura circa una settimana, seguita da un periodo di macerazione sulle bucce. Dopo questo periodo il vino matura in botti di rovere francese per 12 mesi. Al termine dell'affinamento viene effettuato il blend finale del vino.
