La vendemmia del 2001 ha permesso a Domingos Soares Franco di presentare, nell'ambito della sua Collezione Privata, un vino generoso prodotto a partire dall'uva Moscato nella sua versione rosata: il Moscato Rosso. Si tratta di un'uva piuttosto rara, che ha rischiato l'estinzione. Sebbene possa essere considerata simile alla sua omonima bianca, il suo aspetto è molto diverso a causa del suo colore viola.
