Vinificazione del Vino Herdade das Servas Reserva Bianco: Dopo la diraspatura e la pigiatura, le uve vengono pressate in una pressa pneumatica con protezione dall'ossidazione. Decantazione statica per 48 ore e fermentazione alcolica in botti di rovere francese. Affinamento: Completata la fermentazione alcolica, il vino ha affinato per 9 mesi in botti di rovere francese con batonnage regolare. Dopo l'imbottigliamento, ha riposato in bottiglia per 6 mesi nella nostra cantina.
