Vinha Grande Branco è il primo vino bianco della Casa Ferreirinha e si caratterizza per la sua intensità aromatica, che lo definisce in modo molto elegante. Vinha Grande Branco rivela al meglio tutto il potenziale della regione del Douro nella produzione di vini bianchi di assemblaggio di alta qualità. Uve di varietà selezionate provenienti dalla Quinta do Sairrão. In questa tenuta, le varietà di uve bianche sono piantate ad alta quota, dove le temperature sono più miti, ottenendo così uve con la maturazione e l'acidità desiderate. Dopo una leggera diraspatura, le uve sono sottoposte a una macerazione pellicolare e poi pressate. Dopo una decantazione a bassa temperatura, segue la fermentazione alcolica in vasche di acciaio inox e barrique di rovere francese, a temperatura controllata tra i 14ºC-18ºC.
