La Quinta dos Aciprestes circonda il fiume Douro con le sue dolci pendici, in un'area completamente ripiantata con le varietà più nobili della Regione Demarcata del Douro. Situate tra le sotto-regioni del Cima-Corgo e Alto Douro, le sue vigne beneficiano di un microclima che offre condizioni ideali per la maturazione delle uve. Vinificazione del Vinho Quinta dos Aciprestes Grande Reserva Tinto: La fermentazione e macerazione avvengono in vasche di acciaio inox con controllo della temperatura. Il 50% del vino matura in barrique nuove di rovere francese per un periodo di 18 mesi, nelle migliori condizioni per l'invecchiamento.
