Vino prodotto da uve provenienti da Seixal e Jardim da Serra in 2 tini da 500 kg ciascuno, raccolte nella seconda settimana di settembre. È stata fatta una pigiatura a piedi, molto delicata, lasciando molti grappoli ancora interi. Dopo 13 giorni di fermentazione abbiamo aggiunto l'alcol vinico che è stato mescolato con le masse esistenti, attraverso una nuova pigiatura a piedi. In questo processo sono stati schiacciati altri grappoli che erano ancora interi. Dopo la fortificazione abbiamo mantenuto il vino a contatto con tutte le masse per i 3 mesi successivi. Alla fine di dicembre 2014 abbiamo travasato il vino e, contemporaneamente, abbiamo separato i molti acini interi che abbiamo trovato. Le masse rimanenti sono state pressate nella pressa verticale e mescolate con il vino travasato. Nel processo di invecchiamento abbiamo anche messo gli acini interi nella botte da 620 litri, dove sono rimasti fino a dicembre 2021. A marzo 2023 sono state imbottigliate 890 unità, tutte numerate individualmente.

Morbido, pieno al palato, conferendogli una bellissima struttura. Sapori agrumati e un'acidità elettrica quasi piccante. Finale secco, fresco e persistente.
Puro e con buona intensità al naso. Frutta secca, cocco, foglia di tabacco verde e pepe bianco.
