Vinificazione del Vino Tinto Cortes de Cima Reserva 2014: Le uve vengono fermentate senza raspi, a temperatura controllata, in una combinazione del metodo "rastrelliera e ritorno" e rimontaggi regolari, preceduti da un lungo periodo di macerazione delle bucce, che evidenzia le caratteristiche fruttate dei vitigni e conferisce struttura ed equilibrio ai tannini. Il vino è stato invecchiato per 14 mesi in botti di rovere francese (90%) e americano (10%), durante i quali si è verificata una combinazione delle caratteristiche dei vitigni e delle componenti del rovere. È stato imbottigliato senza chiarifica e con filtrazione nell'aprile 2016.
