Vinificazione del vino Tinto Conde D Ervideira Private Selection 2019: Dalla selezione delle migliori partite di uva, vinificato vitigno per varietà. Aragonez fermenta in “vinimatics”, mentre le altre due varietà, Trincadeira e Alicante Bouschet, fermentano in lagares attrezzate con robot di pigiatura meccanica. Il processo avviene ad una temperatura controllata di 25º C. Invecchiamento per 12 mesi in botti nuove, principalmente rovere francese. Il blend viene poi imbottigliato, rimanendo in cantina per 18 mesi.
