Vinificazione dello Champagne Ruinart Rosé Brut: Vendemmia manuale. La fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata. Per vino rosso, breve macerazione ed estrazione leggera. Fermentazione malolattica completa.Composizione: Blend realizzato con una base di Chardonnay e Pinot Nero, prevalentemente classificati Premiers Crus con il 20/25% proveniente da riserve dei 2 anni precedenti. Il 45% dei vigneti di Chardonnay, Côte des Blancs e Montagne de Reims, il 55% di Pinot Nero proviene dai vigneti della Montagne de Reims e della Vallée de la Marne, di cui dal 18 al 19% è stato vinificato in rosso.
Rosa melograno con lievissimi riflessi aranciati
In bocca il sapore immediato è deciso e completo, ricco di morbida effervescenza. Gli aromi dei frutti di bosco appena raccolti sono pienamente esposti. Questo equilibrio unisce una piacevole freschezza e un corpo voluttuoso, che si esprime in un tocco elegante di menta e pompelmo rosa.
Il naso è sottile e fresco, offrendo innanzitutto una tavolozza originale di frutti tropicali (guava e litchi) e piccoli frutti di bosco (lamponi, ciliegie e fragoline di bosco). Seguono note di rosa e melograno che completano questo profilo aromatico complesso e intenso, dominato da aromi primari, senza sofisticazioni.
