Vinificazione del vino Branco Quinta dos Bons Ares 2022: Per questo vino è stata effettuata una selezione di uve di prima qualità, che sono state raccolte e poste in piccole cassette, e poi raffreddate per 12 ore di macerazione sulle bucce presso il centro enologico Quinta dos Bons Ares. Una volta ricevute, hanno subito una seconda selezione, prima di cadere per gravità nelle presse nelle quali sono state sottoposte a cicli di pressatura delicata. Il mosto pulito ha fermentato lentamente e a basse temperature, per preservare il potenziale aromatico, di cui il 10% ha fermentato e invecchiato per 7 mesi in botti di rovere francese.
