È probabilmente il miglior Acquavite di Vino prodotta dalla Cantina Ponte da Barca, nella sua vasta tradizione di produzione di acquaviti, ampiamente premiate e vendute in vari paesi del mondo. Si tratta di un'edizione limitata di 665 unità, commercializzate in un elegante astuccio di legno, che include una bottiglia da 700 mL, un tappo personalizzato e un calice Stölzle per poterla apprezzare alla perfezione, conferendo a ciascun esemplare un valore unico! Questo prodotto è ottenuto dalla distillazione accurata di Vino Verde, che origina un distillato aromatico ed elegante invecchiato per decenni in botti di rovere francese. Questa acquavite deriva dalla selezione delle migliori botti, con 20, 30 e 40 anni di invecchiamento. Nota: non riscaldare mai il prodotto o il bicchiere, poiché in questo modo le note alcoliche si sovrapporrebbero a quelle dell'invecchiamento.
