Quinta do Cardo Vinha do Lomedo Branco: Elaborato a partire da uve biologiche di "field blend", raccolte a mano nella parcella più emblematica della Quinta do Cardo. È un vino di enorme complessità e mineralità, con eleganti note agrumate, acidità finissima e notevole freschezza e presenza. Vinificazione: dopo la pressatura delle uve, il mosto è stato fermentato in tino di acciaio inox, a temperatura controllata. La maggior parte del vino è poi passata in un vecchio tonneau da 3000 litri, dove ha affinato per un anno sulle fecce fini, mentre il restante è rimasto in inox fino al lotto finale.
