Vinificación del Calibre Tinto: Vino producido con uvas de la Quinta do Cercal, situada en la cima de una ladera de gran pendiente del Valle del Río Torto, en el Concejo de São João da Pesqueira. La finca tiene una superficie total de 25ha, de los cuales 23 están ocupados con viñedo. El suelo es Esquistoso con bastante piedra.
