Vinificación de Vinho Meandro Tinto 2020: Después del estrujado, la uva sufre un choque térmico seguido de una pisada durante cuatro horas en prensas de granito. El mosto se trasiega a tinas de vinificación de pequeña capacidad con control de temperatura. Las variedades de uva se vinifican por separado. Este vino envejece en barricas de roble francés Allier de 225 litros de segundo y tercer año. Crianza de 14 meses en barricas de segundo y tercer año.
