Vinificación del Vino Tinto Campolargo Termeão 2008 (Pássaro Vermelho): Despalillado total seguido de fermentación separada en pequeñas prensas con pisado mecánico. El proceso maloláctico se realizó en tinas seguido de una crianza en barricas usadas de roble francés hasta noviembre de 2010.
Granate de color ligeramente abierto
Suave en boca, lleno de fruta dulce muy limpia cortada por una viva acidez.
Foral intenso, también con notas de frambuesa, grosella negra.
