Vinificación del Vino Tinto Cadão Touriga Nacional 2018: Cosecha manual, con criterios óptimos de maduración en la que se seleccionan cuidadosamente los racimos. Maceración prefermentativa en frío, fermentación alcohólica con control de temperatura en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Maceración postfermentativa larga con fermentación maloláctica en la propia uva. Vinificado con todos los cuidados necesarios para preservar la tipicidad de la variedad de uva y un breve paso por roble francés para potenciar su complejidad.
