Descripción
Vino tinto de la cosecha 2019, elaborado con una mezcla de variedades de uva procedentes de tres parcelas, sobre suelos en el límite entre el granito y el esquisto, a una altitud de 750 a 850 metros. Uva cosechada a mano, fermentación natural en lagar de piedra, con pisada. Crianza de 16 meses en barricas de roble francés. Un vino que refleja el Territorio y sus gentes, donde la naturaleza expresa su frescura, pureza e identidad.
