¡¡¡Rareza!!! El olor inmediatamente llena toda la habitación. Sin nitidez. El más dulce de los aduladores se mete en la nariz. Recuerda a los vinos del sur, Marsala. Detrás de él hay un fondo muy lejano, pero reconocible, algo ácido, correoso. Después de un rato, aparecen en primer plano jugosas naranjas, aderezadas con clavo. No quiero beber, sino inhalar. Todo luce perfectamente armonioso y redondo, pero lleno de carácter, una sensación en boca cremosa y bastante ligera. Compiten notas de vino dulce y chocolate negro. Pero el amargor está contenido, casi en dirección a la leche entera. También están presentes los frutos rojos secos propios del jerez: pasas, ciruelas, dátiles dulces. Y luego viene el roble, el final es más oscuro y ácido que la impresión en boca. El roble y el amargor se vuelven más fuertes. Se añaden ligeras notas de espresso. El final es bastante largo y revela la edad del whisky. La lengua se pega al paladar y exige más.""
