Vinificación del Vino Herdade dos Grous 23 Barricas Tinto: Selección manual en la recepción de la uva, fermentación en lagares con maceración intensa. El fin de la fermentación alcohólica, fermentación maloláctica y crianza ocurre en barricas nuevas de roble. La variedad Touriga Nacional se cría en roble francés y la variedad Syrah en barricas de roble americano. Tras 12 meses se seleccionan las 23 mejores barricas de cada una de las variedades.
