Vinificación: El Envelope Tinto resulta de un lote con Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz y Tinto Cão proveniente de viñas de 40 años vinificado con 100% de engaño. A mitad del proceso, para evitar la astringencia de los taninos, interrumpimos el contacto con la piel. Estuvo en barricas de 300L de roble francés durante 12 meses y, a continuación, permaneció durante 8 meses más en botella antes de salir al mercado.
