O Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Barrica fermenta y se estagia en barricas de roble usado durante 12 meses antes de la segunda fermentación. Esta etapa le confiere al espumante un carácter de aroma más evolutivo e intenso, así como una textura en boca más amplia y persistente. La permanencia en la cava, la temperatura baja y constante durante 36 meses permitió que este espumante muestre toda la elegancia de la variedad Alvarinho en una perspectiva de mayor complejidad y menos fruta.
