Vinificación del Vino Quinta Vale D'Aldeia Reserva Tinto: Las uvas se vendimian a mano, en cajas de 20 Kg, en su punto ideal de maduración, buscando que presenten una maduración pujante que conduzca a mayores concentraciones aromáticas y polifenólicas. Tras un suave estrujado y despalillado total, las uvas se fermentan en cubas de inox permitiendo así que los constituyentes de calidad presentes en las pieles de las uvas bien maduras pasen suavemente al vino. Este vino tuvo un envejecimiento de 14 meses en barricas de roble francés de 400L (2º año).

Es un vino equilibrado, vivo, medianamente corpulento, que presenta un buen carácter e intensidad de fruta. Final de boca fino y largo.
Aroma joven y fresco, complejo donde predomina el carácter afrutado y floral, con notas especiadas, conferidas por la madera, muy discreta y bien integrada.
