Nace de la amistad sincera y está inspirado en el rock, ¡una pasión común además del vino! Un vino rebelde y auténtico, expresión cruda y pura del “Terroir” Monção y Melgaço. Vinificación del Vino Verde SOU Alvarinho 2018: fermentación con levaduras indígenas del 40% del mosto en barricas usadas de 400 l, en las que el 50% realizó la fermentación maloláctica de forma espontánea. Fermentación lenta del 60% del mosto en cuba. Estágio de 9 meses sobre las lías finas.

En boca muestra gran textura, frescura y persistencia. La acidez está en gran sintonía con el volumen y modera las notas aromáticas en un final muy largo, tenso y delicioso.
Nariz compleja que se va mostrando con el aireado en la copa, en notas de albaricoque, hoja de limonero, especias, flores silvestres y piedra mojada.
