Vinificación del Vino Tinto Reguengos Garrafeira dos Socios 2017: Las uvas de la cosecha manual de nuestros socios son inmediatamente despalilladas y estrujadas. Con la adición de levaduras seleccionadas se inicia la fermentación a temperatura controlada (25ºC). Durante este periodo se realiza la maceración o curtido mediante el proceso de remontados cronometrados, para que haya una mayor extracción de color y taninos. El bronceado dura unos 15 días.

Tiene un final de cata prolongado donde se confirman los aromas de la nariz.
Aroma voluminoso de especias y mermelada de frutos negros, con cuerpo, con taninos ligeros.
