Quinta do Vesúvi Cellar Release 2015O ano vitícola de 2015 apresentou-se exigente, mas culminou em condições excecionais. A quinta beneficiou de um verão marcado por temperaturas elevadas, noites amenas e precipitação pontual e oportuna em setembro, favorecendo uma maturação fenólica completa. A vindima foi realizada manualmente, com dupla seleção dos cachos, seguida de fermentação cuidadosamente controlada para maximizar o potencial de cada casta. O vinho estagiou durante 16 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, 75% novas, conferindo-lhe complexidade, profundidade e um perfil aromático elegante e distinto.Método de envelhecimento: 16 meses em barricas de carvalho francês de 225 e 400 litros (75% madeira nova)
