Vinificación del vino espumoso Messias Blanc de Noirs Brut: cuidada selección de parcelas de suelo arcilloso calizo plantadas con la variedad Baga, teniendo en cuenta su equilibrada concentración y frescura. Vinificación del vino base prestando especial atención a la fase de prensado de la uva. Mosto decantado fermentado con control de temperatura. Segunda fermentación en botella según el método tradicional para obtener un aumento de estructura y complejidad.
