Varias parcelas de viñedos ubicadas muy cerca del mar en la propiedad Fajã dos Padres, ubicada en la costa sur de Madeira, en la parroquia de Quinta Grande. En 2006 tuve mi primera cosecha con uvas recolectadas en Fajã dos Padres. Vinificado mediante el método de pico abierto, en prensa continua, este vino envejeció durante sus primeros cuatro años en la nave D (más caliente). Para preservar la elegancia del vino, en 2011 trasladé la barrica al Almacén E (enfriador), donde permaneció hasta el embotellado. En septiembre de 2023 se embotellaron 1170 unidades, todas ellas numeradas individualmente.
Color ámbar.
Redondo y amplio en boca, acidez firme muy presente equilibrando todo el paladar, sabor especiado a melaza y un frescor que perdura en un final cremoso y persistente.
Nariz intensa, notas dulces, pasas, nuez moscada, caramelo, membrillo e higos maduros.
