Jack Daniel's Single Barrel 100 Proof es un intenso color ámbar oscuro con reflejos cobrizos. Los olores del whisky son profundos y pronunciados. La madera está naturalmente muy presente sin ser intrusiva, cargando voluntariamente con notas más dulces de salsa de caramelo y un ligero amargor de café recién tostado. El ataque es potente, lo cual es normal para un 50% de bourbon, pero pronto crece un cálido aroma de pimienta negra y tabaco rubio. y bourbon de vainilla en un ballet elegante. El final es largo y profundo, cítrico y caramelo.
