En un nivel de calidad básico para los vinos de Real Companhia Velha, Evel ha mantenido una sólida reputación durante muchos años. El vino Evel se produce a partir de viñedos ubicados en las famosas Quinta do Casal da Granja y Quinta do Cidrô, ubicadas en los municipios de Alijó y S. João da Pesqueira, respectivamente. Elaboración del Vino Tinto Evel Reserva 2020: Producido a partir de parcelas de viñedos viejos. La fermentación se realiza en tinas de acero inoxidable, con control de temperatura. Todo el vino envejece durante 12 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, en Vila Nova de Gaia.
Ruby intensa
Con mucho cuerpo, armonioso, redondo con sabores de fruta negra y madera bien integrada, finalizando con un final muy largo, coronado por una excelente acidez.
Aromas varietales, como notas de fruta roja muy madura complejadas con notas de vainilla de la madera.
