El Borges Real Señor Brut Nature Multimillésime es un homenaje a los vinos premium seleccionados de forma criteriosa para una composición sin igual y repleta de carácter. Vinificación: despalillado total de las uvas, que son prensadas aprovechando únicamente el mosto de escurrido. A continuación, se realiza una decantación estática en frío durante 24 horas, tras las cuales el mosto se separa de las lías. Se inicia la fermentación a temperatura controlada, a 14 ºC. Al finalizar la fermentación alcohólica, el vino reposa sobre las lías finas durante 2 meses. El método utilizado en la preparación del espumante es el Método clásico, con la segunda fermentación en botella. Tras la preparación del vino base, se añade licor de tiraje y a continuación se procede al embotellado. La espumantización o segunda fermentación se lleva a cabo a 12 ºC en bodega. A continuación, se realiza el envejecimiento que lleva el tiempo necesario para alcanzar el nivel de calidad deseado. Antes de su comercialización, se procede a la remuage y dégorgement, finalizando el proceso con la adición del licor de expedición seleccionado para cada cosecha. Envejecimiento mínimo de 24 meses.

El paladar es elegante y voluminoso, con mousse intensa y crujiente. Cremoso y envolvente en la boca con una acidez muy equilibrada, que le proporciona un final largo y aterciopelado.
En la nariz revela aromas complejos e intensos, con notas de fruta cítrica equilibradas por fruta blanca madura, que se mezclan delicadamente con matices florales y suaves notas tostadas y de brioche.
